iStreet Lab

The iStreet Lab is the creation of Digital Artist and Community Activist, mervin Jarman. The project is a prototype mobile multimedia community initiative developed in association with the Container Project winner of the 2008 Stockholm Challenge competition in the Lifelong Education Category and a recipient of Jamaicas National Badge of Honour for Meritorious Services rendered in development of youth and adults in the community using ICT as a tool to engage with. The lab is designed to work with the 'Hardest To Reach' young people in the streets.
