Hi Samuel, Welcome! You see that the early work the JACAN steering committee undertook has borne fruit!!People are very enthusiastic about JACAN and want to see it registered as a legal entity so that it can effectively represent telecenters/CAPS as required. The complete report will be ready before and I will post it on the site. In the meantime, a decision was taken to post the preparatory documents that the SC developed also. We can build on that. More soon
