On AUGUST 17 -20, 2009 the ASSOCIATION OF DEVELOPMENT AGENCIES (ADA) in association with UNDP GEF/SGP & UWI Social Welfare Training Centre (SWTC) held a short course - "Capacity Building for Project Cycle Management I" focusing on Basic proposal writing.
I was only able to participate in a few sessions, which I found quite informative and helpful to the current work I have been doing. A phrase that was repeated quiet often by one of the presenters is to "Inspect what you expect". I believe quiet so this not taking place in project management can have a crippling effect on results at end of project, and as a result the opportunities that could arise from potentials.
