- The Bluefields Peoples Community Association (BPCA) was formed by a group of community members in 1988 and was later registered in 1990 as a limited liability non-profit company. Its’ mission is to provide a range of community development services to the people of Bluefields and its environs in harmony with the natural environment. This include the provision of training and employment opportunities for the residents of the community and helping the residents to improve their economic, social and natural environment.
