Hi my laptop has power in it but there is nothing on the screen. what is wrong with it, it is a hp dv 2000

well i dont know much about the insides of computers, laptop especially..but with those type of technology ..the ribbon that connects the screen to the other part of the device might have a fault.broken wire/s..or sumthin like that..or mabe it just took a really bad crash land lol..u shud try to get it to a technician..
what were you doing with the laptop the last time it worked properly? was there any indication of any system/software issue? i.e freezing of the screen, computer running slow etc.?
it was running smoothly up to the last time i shut it down, i used it the night, and the morning i try turning it on it just wont come on.
an east way of getting answers is also to type the question in your search bar! or go directly to site's like http://ask.com/ or http://answers.yahoo.com this usually give you a good indication of what is wrong or not so right with your technology!!
